Swim - 2 x lap of 750m Standard/Aquabike (1 x 750m lap for Sprint, 1 x 250m short lap for Novice & Junior Bolt)

Bike - 3 x lap Standard/Aquabike (1/2 and 1 x Full lap for Sprint/Duathlon, 3/4 lap for Bolt)

Run - 2 x lap Standard (1 x 5km lap for Sprint, 2km and 5km lap for Duathlon, 1 x 2km lap for Bolt)

Event Tees:
Event Tees - As not all participants want a race tee-shirt, participants have an option to purchase Race Tees during the registration process.
Please note - the last day to order race tees is by 9pm, 10 March 2024.
Race Pack Collection:
Pre race day registration pack collection (numbers, timing chip, swim cap, bike Id number) will now be available at the XTR Multisports store (Royce Court, 1/210 Winton Road, Joondalup) on:

Sunday 14 April 2024 from 5:45am to 7:00am on race day at the race transition area Tom Simpson Park, Mullaloo Beach.
Please ensure you have registered and collected your race pack. We strongly suggest to ensure race pack collection the day before the race to ensure you have plenty of time on race morning.

Photo ID or Registration Confirmation is required (a friend can collect on your behalf with a copy of your registration email)

We strongly suggest that all race packs are collected prior to the event at one of the times and locations shown above
Race Day Transition Access and Bike Check In:
Bike check-in and racking will be on race day prior to race start between 5:45am to 7:00am sharp. Be sure to get to the race in good time to register and rack your bike in time. We strongly advise to pick up your registration pack on Friday 12th or Saturday 13th April to ensure sufficient time.
Note - only after you have completed registration will you be able to rack your bike in transition.
Please ensure that before entering transition you will require your timing chip on (your left ankle) race number, bike identification number and helmet to gain entry to transition. Helmets should be placed on your head and buckled up for a visual safety inspection.

Bib number body markings must be applied to both forearms and also it is important to have your timing chip on at all times until after the event.

Timing chips must be removed and returned in th erecovery area after crossing the finish line.

Participants must wear their race number during the bike and run leg.
Bag Drop:
A bag drop will be available near the XTR Multisports registration gazebo. Small bag tags are attached to your bib race number, please secure them to you bag if you intend to use the bag drop area. Please note that bag drop is self managed but you will need to show your race number to event staff when picking up your bag.
Waves Start Times (updated 09 April 2024 but are subject to change):

There will be no start briefing on the beach, athletes are to ensure they make their way to the beach 5-10minutes before your start wave.

An event briefing will be via a web link provided to all athletes prior to race day.

Athletes are to self-seed according to their swim ability

If your wave is not due to start keep off the starting area and Swim Exit area on the beach until such time as your race and start wave is due to start.

Note: All lucky draw prizes on the day are only valid if your race number is drawn and you are personally present to receive the award at the prize giving on race day. Lucky draw prizes for entrants not present at the race day prize giving will be invalid and their will be a re-draw for that prize.
Lucky draw prizes will be presented at all race distance presentations.
