Terms, Transfers and Withdrawls
Entry Transfers
You can transfer to another distance via your Active Network registration login or by emailing events@xtrmultisports.com.au up until 5pm Monday 16th of March 2026. No transfers of distances can be applied after this day!

Transfers of distance and person will be subject to availability of races.
A $15 administration fee is applicable to any changes made to an entry including transfer of distance should that be an option. Entrants upgrading their race distance category will need to pay the difference in registration fee also.

Cancellation Policy
The following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received.​

75% refund on entry fee if the participant withdraws on or before midnight, 10 January 2026

50% refund on entry fee if the participant withdraws on or before midnight, 10 February 2026​

25% refund on entry fee if the participant withdraws on or before midnight, 10 March 2026​

After 10 March 2026, without exception no refunds will be provided.

We strongly suggest if you are considering entering to also select and include the Active Registration Protection policy which offers refund options subject to their terms should you get injured or sick and need to withdraw from the event! This is particularly Protection policy offers athletes refund options over and above the terms outlined which assist event organisers.
